This is the story of an iconic cooperative winery set against the foothills of the Cévennes. In the heart of Corconne, a charming little village in the Grad region, a stone's throw from the border with the Hérault, the Gravette is a institution funded in 1939 by ambitious and optimisticmen, driven  by a thirst for entreprise and a infinite passionfor their land : the Pic Saint-Loup.

The unique land is made up of limestone pebbles resulting from gelifraction, but also of red clays which bring a marked typicity between the elegance of the juices and the finesse of the tannins. Added to this is a cool climate where the variations in temperature between day and night give the wines a very particular profile.
